ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 - 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Service not available at the moment
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our order processing location. If your location is outside our 10 mile radius, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 3pm during store hours 9am - 8pm EST., will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Please note:
Frozen goods will be shipped in an insulated bag or box and packed with ice packs to keep them frozen during the transit time.
Insulated Shipping boxes keep items cold for up to 76 hours, allowing plenty of time to reach its assigned destination.
Non-Frozen orders received from Monday-Friday will be shipped out the next business day.
Frozen orders or orders that contain frozen items will be shipped out within 24 hours if received on Monday - Wednesday.
Frozen orders or orders that contain frozen items will be shipped out on the following Monday, if received between Thursday - Sunday.
RETURN:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@africangoodsmarket.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
